Log in to your fonQ account or use our online return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the return label to the box and drop it off at a designated service point, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
